Telecel is committed to maintaining the privacy of its customers and users of communication services.
- Call Detail Records shall be released to only registered subscribers with valid proof of identification
- All requests shall be delivered securely via Telecel play Care Portal (play.telecel.com.gh).
- We do not hold data on Voice, SMS content and details of all voice over internet protocol (VOIP) calls and cannot provide data on the above.
- Data requested within 24 months effective date of request will be honoured after approval and will be processed within a maximum of 4 working days excluding weekends and holidays.
- Requests received after 12pm will be reviewed the following day.
